Step 2: User Workflows were created and used to help generate user stories and to develop mockups of the product.
Step 3: User Stories were created from the user workflows and design mockups.
Step 4: The MoSCow Method was used to narrow the scope of the project further and determine which user stories were: must have, should have, could have, and won't have.
After the initial scope of the project was defined, Tempered Root was able to make an estimate of the time and cost to complete the project. The client was able to use this information to make a decision on whether or not to move forward with the project.
